ROLE FUNCTIONS:
– Test multiple applications for the M&O team in each sprint.
– Execute manual scripts and automated Test scripts using
Selenium
– Provide expertise in creating and executing automated test scripts.
– Provide expertise in writing Test plans.
– Provide expertise in construction and execution of Test scripts.
– Provide assistance in writing/updating application user guides.
– Apply business and Functional knowledge including testing standards and guidelines.
– Ensure all testing results are easily accessible and understandable.
– Manage tracking of defects and track defects to closure keeping defect repository up-todate.
– Address Functional issues and assist in data validation.
– Work with developers to resolve defects and retest.
– Functional testing support across a wide variety of applications.
– Requirements gathering support for various applications and sprints.
REQUIREMENTS:
– 1 plus years’ experience writing/executing automated test scripts
– 1 plus years’ experience managing application testing activities including functional,
regression, negative, Section 508 and automated testing
– Extremely strong writing and communication skills.
– Strong client-facing presence.
– Able to gather and synthesize client requirements into recommendations for
development
– Active IRS MBI clearance
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
Familiarity working in agile methodologies (Scrum), experience with MS Visual Studio,
Automated Testing using Selenium for .NET applications.
